The Maison du Bouleau Blanc, a family business in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, was born of the initiative of three nature lovers who wanted to harvest the forest’s resources sustainably and respectfully and also offer something different. The three partners immediately settled on an original, renewable product: birch syrup.
