The Maison du Bouleau Blanc, a family business in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, was born of the initiative of three nature lovers who wanted to harvest the forest’s resources sustainably and respectfully and also offer something different. The three partners immediately settled on an original, renewable product: birch syrup.

Passion Meets Expertise

By conducting much research on how to improve the production process, the three partners acquired the expertise needed to create a perfect syrup that combines a silky texture, rich colour and unforgettable taste.

Now they want to share their l’Arboré birch syrup with you. It’s beyond compare and highly sought after by chefs.
